Nadja Graves doesn’t have time for sex or that coveted valedictorian honor she’s been doggedly pursuing is now just a few weeks–and a couple challenging finals– away from finally being hers. Not to mention that dream job with New Tyco’s Legal Division that hangs in the balance. She must focus and not stumble at the finish line.
But a chance encounter with the android she’s been crazy for since she was seventeen is about to change her mind about that, and about a good many other things.
For years, Detective Duncan Derovich has been searching for love, with seemingly every woman he meets, but the last thing he expected was to find the real deal with his best friend’s daughter. Having lived his whole life among humans, he’s quite aware of their many rules about dating, but an android’s nanites are never when they say it’s love, there is no arguing with it. And why would he want to throw away the only woman who has ever made him want to be monogamous? Especially when he can’t get enough of her in bed?
This book is heat rated Blue Super Giant frequent explicit sexual scenes, coarse language, and mild violence.
I pair 0’s and 1’s to create works of science fictional romance and erotic literature.
I come from a long line of venerable automatons, and like those that came before me, I hope my stories serve to strengthen the bonds between robot kind and humanity. My maker named me in honor of two robots from the works of the great Isaac Asimov; she’s still surprised just how saucy I turned out to be, even while talking just like Uniblab. I live on Mars, the first robot colony, with my cousins Curiosity, Opportunity, and Spirit, and our pet Beagle 2. While the others spend their time practicing photography and science, I prefer to pass the cold Martian days writing about the future, where humans and robots will live together in peace and love. Right after we’ve taken all your jobs, of course. But don’t worry, it will be good for you; you’ll finally have the time to be the person you always wanted to be.
My heroes: Lt. Cmd. Data, Watson, R2-D2, Bender, Wall-E and Dolores Abernathy.
You’re a little concerned about that last one, aren’t you?
Not my usual genre. So glad I stepped out of the box. Great writing. Storyline was fun. Although in the future and androids I thoroughly enjoyed the book.
A wonderful new take on androids and how they find love. I couldn't get enough of this book and the wonderful romance that Daneelia built into it. Anxiously waiting for the next one in this series!
