I found this little gem at a thrift store and snapped it right up! I've always been intrigued by spy work and espionage, and was involved in the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) world. Mr. Donald's work brings to light the air-breathing beginnings of this community with a comprehensive glimpse into the early years of spy planes. A lot has changed since the publication of this book in 1987, but the events leading up to that period were well documented and provided great background and history of aerial intelligence pioneering efforts. Well done!
