الاوجالانية: البناء الايديولوجي والممارسة

منذ عقود، دخلت الأوجالانية (أو الآبوجية كما يحبذ أنصارها تسمية أنفسهم) طرفاً أساسياً في الصراعات السياسية والإيديولوجية والعسكرية في مختلف البلدان التي يعيش فيها الشعب الكردي. ثمة من اختصر الظاهرة بالطفولية اليسارية، أو اختزلها بالحركة الانفصالية، ومن حاول فقط تقديمها كتنظيم إرهابي. إلا أنَّ هذه الحالة تحولت عبر أكثر من أربعين عاماً من العمل المسلح والمراجعات السياسية والإيديولوجية والقدرة على الاستقطاب إلى رقم صعب في المعادلة الإقليمية، ولم يعد بالإمكان اختزالها أو اعتبارها ظاهرة مؤقتة يمكن التعامل معها بالإنكار أو العنف الصلف. ومن المؤسف أنَّ الجمهور الناطق باللغة العربية قلّما تابع التحولات العميقة التي عاشتها الأوجالانية في حقبة امتزج فيها التصحّر الثقافي بالتطرف المذهبي والتراجع الفكري والثقافي، وصار العنف فيها قاسماً مشتركاً أعلى بين القامع والمقموع.

يحاول هذا الكتاب تناول الحالة الأوجالانية، دون محاباة أو تحامل. كذلك دون أي خلط بين حقوق مشروعة لشعب وبرامج سياسية وممارسات لحركة تدافع عن هذه الحقوق.

- Member of the Board of Trustees of the Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies.
