High-Speed Healing is yet another reference book from the writers of Prevention on rapid-action remedies. Filled with information on how to heal everything from a cold or ear infection to diabetes and heart disease. You will find a lot of tips on clearing nasal passages, quitting caffeine and clearing your arteries. Much is based on living a healthy lifestyle by eating a good diet and staying fit. This is not a miracle pill, it is a book on how to keep yourself healthy to better avoid ever needing a miracle pill. Some information is a little outdated but overall the book contains fairly basic ideas that we should all be doing already to stay healthy, young and fit. Better to spend a a few bucks on this book and skip the nicotine. Your body will be thankful for it.
