About the author

Lakshmi Narayani is a mom, an educator, an author, an artist, a wife and a Program Management professional. She holds a Masters degree in Commerce and has worked in the IT industry for over 22 years. She has donned many roles in Software Testing, Project Management, Program Management and Process Standardization. Her technical articles have been published in magazines, conferences and seminars. She has been an instructor for several courses on Software Testing and has trained a couple of hundred resources during her tenure with Efunds International. She has also provided a comprehensive training on Software Testing to a few computer novices who now have successful IT careers.

She has published books on Software Testing, Project Management, Health & Wellness and also several educational books for Children. When she is not managing IT projects, she spends time with her husband and daughters, writes and explores creative approaches to match teaching methods and learning styles. Lakshmi enjoys teaching and learning with her daughters.

Her book on Project Management - Management by Steel Trap, won the Small Business Book Award under the category "Management".
