'Bewitched by Christmas' by S.R. Mitchell is the story of Allie and Brock. This was a very cute read along with some mystery. Allie is a good witch doing good things with her capabilities. Allie has her family and friends around her but not true love in her life from a man. Which doesn't set well with her Aunt and friends. They set to cast a spell to have her True Love come to her. Which is how she ends up meeting Brock. Brock runs his own Security/Black Ops type company...and in addition sounds really great to look at! So he seems to be the total package. But as her Aunt finds out there is someone after Brock to hurt him. Allie, Brock and all the characters in this book were so great! It made a fun, easy exciting read. This is the second book by Ms. Mitchel that I have read and I find that her writing is really great. Ms. Mitchell knows how to draw you in and create a great story.

Bewitched by Christmas was absolutely delightful writing, equally suspenseful reading and definitely appropriate for the season! Mitchell weaves a spell, casting readers into the magic of Allie's life and how she literally rescues Brock. I felt as if I was transported into a magical holiday-themed snow globe, daydreaming the tale complete with snowy weather, vivid characters, steamy romance and all the 'feels' of the holidays. Nevertheless, not all relatives invited or not invited to holiday gatherings are comfortably received nor easily tolerated. Nothing is entirely perfect and the closest of families experience chaotic events during the holidays even if you have magical gifts to coax the course of events. If curling up with a book is one of your plans for the holiday season, give this book a read -- you will not be disappointed. I say it's a good read--well done. --g

Brock took over his father's company and worked incredibly hard to rebuild it from the ashes. Before Brock's father died he split the company between Brock and his brother Jess. Brock's uncle Jess has been waiting for a chance for revenge ever since. If Brock wouldn't be in the picture the whole company would go to uncle Jess. After an assignment goes bad Brock goes for a ride to blow off some steam. Due to an unexpected snowstorm he crashes his car. When Brock is rescued by Allie it seems he has finally met his match. Will the magic of Christmas bring true love for them both?

Bewitched by Christmas is a beautiful love story filled with magic. Christmas is my favorite time of the year and I love to read stories about this wonderful holiday. Allie loves Christmas lights and decorations and this brought me back to the time I still lived at home, as the story has that exact same atmosphere. My mom always decorated the whole house and I've been in love with Christmas ever since, so reading a book that matches that feeling put a big smile on my face. Bewitched by Christmas is a lighthearted and sweet story with enough action to keep me glued to the pages. S.R. Mitchell knows how to write spellbinding romance and definitely managed to enchant me.

Bewitched by Christmas by S.R. Mitchell is a paranormal romance written in multiple points of view. Allie is a witch who has had a bad run of luck in the Love department. She is semi successful with her own business and greenhouse. Her aunt decides to help move things along and casts a spell to help her find her soulmate and love. A snowstorm moves in and Brock crashes his car. Allie helps him and there is a major attraction between the two of them. However the problem is someone is after Brock and wants him dead. Brock owns a huge company that essentially protects people and has a lot of enemies. And then you are left wondering will they be able to get passed all these obstacles and find love? This book was suspenseful and even though you find out who's involved you still are surprised when everything is laid out. Even though there is an instalove/attraction between the two lead characters I still enjoyed the book a lot. I really liked the magical aspects and how all of it played out. Brock ends up being just a real good guy and I really like that. I have to say I flew through this book. I started reading it and was 75% done before I stopped for the night. And I could have easily just stayed up to finish but needed to get some sleep. The writing was good and kept me engaged and interested. The characters were fun and likable. Anyway if you like books with witches and romance this is a quick book that has some mystery to it as well. 4 star rating!

Bewitched at Christmas was the type of book you want to curl up on the couch with a cup of tea and read in one sitting. And that is exactly what I did. I devoured this book in one sitting.
From the first page on I was pulled into the world. Not only did the storyline engross me but the characters did as well.
The characters had amazing chemistry and banter. I felt as if I was there experiencing everything they said and experienced.
This was the perfect book full of adventure, love, with a touch of magic!
Can't wait to read what S.R writes next! And I have no doubt it will fantastic!!
Highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a book full of romance and magic!! LOVE!

Bewitched by Christmas was a cute, fun book with a little thrill. It is the first book I've read by SR Mitchell, but it wont be the last. I love the characters, each with their own personality that you can feel while reading. There is so much description to the surroundings of the characters, you can envision it yourself. There was the excitement of the magic, without being a full out fantasy book, and enough romance without it getting dirty. It was a quick read, that kept me engaged, and I found myself reading in any spare moment I found, just to finish the book and see what would happen next. This book is a 5 star for me.
Allie lives on the outskirts of a little town, and keeps mostly to herself. She has magical powers, which tend to scare away all the men she dates. She has just assumed she will be single the rest of her life, and has mostly come to terms with that. Her Aunt Margret has different plans. She also has a magical side, and used her spells to find Allie's soul mate. Her spell makes them meet, but the rest is up to them.
Brock is a tough guy, who owns his own company. He is in the business of body guards and other security personnel, and hasn't found Mrs Right yet. He has put all his focus on his newly inherited company, after his father's passing. He is a workaholic, and perfectionist, but is okay with the long hours. After a particularly bad day, he is headed home and gets lost, and crashes his car. Allie comes to rescue him, and the spell takes hold!
They are drawn to each other with stronger feelings than either of them have ever had. But they are unaware of the spell, and are just enjoying the time forced together, due to a storm. Things seem great until someone tries to kill Brock, and Allie becomes collateral damage. They must work together to figure out who is after them, before he catches up. The book continues in a series of romantic scenes, mixed with suspense thrill scenes of escaping death. It is a super fun book, that will draw you in from the beginning to the end. You'll be hooked.

A sweet bewitching love story by S.R. Mitchell.
Allies meddlesome aunts put a spell on her to find love. She's not had very good luck when it comes to men so they feel she needs a little magical help.
Brock is a hard working man out for a joy ride in his new Christmas present he bought for himself. He gets in an accident and this is when he meets Allie.
These two characters had great chemistry together. It was a fun read with suspense mixed into the story. It was a refreshing read and very entertaining. I would say it is a must read for anyone that loves a touch of magic.

This was such a refreshing read and a first for me by this author.
The premise of this book was simply adorable. That's the only way I can describe it.
Allies aunt conjures up a little spell to help Allie find her soulmate. She rescues a handsome Brock during a snowstorm and is immediately captivated by her.
This book was funny, had mystery, love & witches. It was just perfect. This isn't a typical read for me but, I still really enjoyed it.

Brock had, had enough of work for one week so for once he was leaving his office early much to the surprise of the staff. He also wanted to take his new car for a good drive; the car was an early Christmas present to himself. This decision takes him on a collision course that would change his life forever.
Allie single and happy was enjoying her life and her work, but her Aunt Margret decided she needed some love in her life and decided to cast a small spell on her. Aunt Margret’s friend didn’t think this was a good idea.
Brock had brought the family business back from ruin. Anger surges through him at the stupid mistake a couple of staff members had made this week. This mistake had put the reputation of him and business on the line. Brock decided to take the scenic route home but an argument with his uncle on the phone had him missing his turn. Now he had to find a place to turn and get back to where he needed to be in order to get home. Fate had other ideas and swerving to miss a deer his car spun out on the icy road and ended up on its roof in a ditch. In the meantime Allie had received a call from her Aunt to come over as she thought there was something wrong with her cat. On the way over Allie noticed Brocks car and stopped to help. Since her phone had no reception she knew the only other alternative was to take him back to her house. With this decision Allies life had also been out on a collision course that would change her life forever.
Brock only had to look into Allies eyes to know that she was dangerous for him. She was totally different to the other women he had in his life and was not sure about what he was feeling for a woman he had only just met. It wasn’t long before they shared their first kiss and from that moment he knew he was going to make her his and only his. A couple of days after she had rescued him they were in her kitchen when Allie noticed a red dot on Brocks chest. As Allie asked what that red dot was the kitchen window shattered and pain seared through Brocks arm. If Brock had not moved at that split second bringing him and Allie to the floor they both could have been killed. Brock told Allie to stay down in case the person who had fired the gun was waiting for movement in order to fire another shot. Whoever the shooter was he had also blown up Brocks car and set explosions around Allies house causing damage. Brock told Allie they had to get out of the house and to safety. Taking her keys for her truck he told her once they were in the truck she was to stay down and not get up until it was safe to do so. As they made their escape further shots were fired at Allies truck. Allie told Brock to head to her Aunt’s house but although he didn’t think it was a good idea her followed her directions, he was also worried about the tracks the tires were leaving in the snow. Allie told him not to worry about that. Allie out her right hand behind the seat and moved her finger in a gentle motion causing the wind to blow t he snow covering their tracks.
On arriving at her Aunt’s house they were asked what had happened Allie started to say they were ambushed but Brock cut in and told her someone had tried to kill them. Brock asked Aunt Margret if he could use her phone to call a couple of his men for help. She told him the phone was in the office and to help him. Brock phoned David telling what had happened. On giving David the address he told him to bring some power, clothes and to bring Trent with him.
That nigh Allie struggled to sleep so she decided to go to the greenhouse where she knew she would find peace. Since the house was dark and everyone else was sleeping Allie snapped her fingers to produce an orb to give her some light. In the greenhouse she was lost in her own world potting seeds and using magic to get results. She did not hear the door open and was startled when she heard Brocks voice. Also realizing he had just seen her use her magic she was worried about his response. She did not need to worry as Brock thought it was the most amazing thing he had ever seen and wanted to see more. He also told Allie not to worry his wasn’t going to run away as he needed her.
The following day for safety reasons they left Aunt Margret’s house and headed for Brocks safe house. They were not at the safe house long before an explosion rang out damaging the house. Brock could not work out how the safe house had been found. The only other place left to go was David’s apartment. The following morning Allie was missing and David and Trent had been somehow drugged. After Brock had woken up both the men they realized David’s truck had a tracker attached, they were also quick to work out that Brocks Uncle Jess was behind the attempts on his life, His Uncle also had Allie.
Now he had to find Allie before his Uncle hurt her.

BEAUTIFUL MAGIC!!!
Bewitched by Christmas is a fun magical read, literally! Everybody knows Christmas is a magical time but when three little old ladies decide to cast a spell things go from good to crazy!
Allie lives a good life in a home she has restored and brought back to life. She loves Christmas more than anything stringing lights on every surface she can find especially her big tall beautiful Christmas tree. Allie has talents that most people only dream of having. She loves to grow plants for customers and has done well for herself. Her love life stinks! Every guy she dates is a loser or they are not a good fit. So right now, she is content with her life as is.
Brock is excited to drive his early Christmas present to himself. Very soon he is questioning himself on his wisdom of taking the car over his truck. Things get progressively worse with the weather and his temperament that is when his trip home turns into a disaster and he gets lost on a country road. He sees twinkling lights off in the distance and hopes someone is home and can guide him back to the city. That is when everything goes black. This is where it all starts for Allie and Brock.
The business of protecting people can get very difficult at times, especially when you find out you can no longer trust your ops and they are family. Jealousy brings out the big green monster and suddenly family blood means nothing. This is what is happening in Brock’s business. He must figure out who wants him dead. Whomever it is taking some very dangerous measures to make sure Brock no longer is around. Calling in reinforcements is a must but Brock doesn’t want to bring danger to Allie or her family, but when things start to happen around Alley’s home he knows he must. Will Brock be able to keep Allie safe? Will Allie stay with Brock when she finds out her Aunt’s secret? Can magic make the love or will love make the magic?
This book is so delightful! S.R. Mitchell is an awesome author and her book will held my attention from start to ending. I found myself laughing one minute and sitting on the edge of my seat the next. I would highly recommend this book!!

LOVE THIS! This book was quite refreshing, entertaining and just magical. Allie is a girl with a beautiful and quirky soul. I smiled while reading this. Allie has some tricks up her sleeves… she's a witch. A witch who is in love with all things Christmas. Magic running in her family must be exciting! What Allie doesn't know is her Aunt Margaret and friend decided Allie needed a little push in the happily ever after department. To guide her soul to its mate. So they decide to cast a spell for her to find her soulmate. Could this be all it takes to make her niece happy? With a little spell we shall see. It certainly can't hurt if Allie has been burned by love before. We meet Brock, a handsome fella in a situation that is hard to get out of by himself. Allie the sweetheart that she is comes to his rescue. They both see each other, they see and feel the mutual attraction. Brock makes her feel giddy and it's really cute to witness. While Allie is playing host to Brock; it appears someone wants to harm him. They don't care if Allie is in the way or not. It puts her in danger too and Brock can't have that. Trying to figure out just who is after him; the allurement between them grows. They are both interested. There is just one thing, Brock doesn't know Allie is a witch. Allie is also unaware that her aunt cast a spell for her. Whoever is after Brock isn't giving up easily. Christmas, which by the way is Allie’s favorite holiday is right around the corner. Will Brock and Allie be able to love and celebrate together? I had such a fun time reading this adventurous “Bewitched by Christmas” by S.R. Mitchell. T was the first of her books I've read and it won't be the last.

Brought together with the help of a love spell cast by Allie’s aunt, they seem to be everything that the other person was missing.

This was such a sweet read by S.R. Mitchell. This was the first of her books that I have read, but I plan on reading much more!! The storyline was well thought out and flowed easily, the characters have that little something extra that just latch onto you, and the writing was detailed and amazing. This was a very cute book that just gives you the feels. Everything from the Christmas theme, to the sexy, successful business man, to the sweet nature of Allie -- it just worked perfectly together. This will be a book I read time and time again. It just makes you feel like it's Christmas no matter what time of the year it really is.

I enjoyed this book - a little magic and a lot of love just in time for Christmas. Allie and Brock's story is a cute, quick read, with some intrigue and romance. Allie is a good witch with a good family and friends network. But she's missing a man in her life. Brock is the owner of a security company. When Allie's aunt and friends decide to intervene and cast a spell, well, who knows what could happen? Brock is a hottie, working hard and doing crazy brave things, but he needs Allie in his life. Great story with some fun and mystery. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

WOW!
I was expecting a so so read that would be enjoyable. I was so wrong. From the moment of starting to read, I did not close the book. I was captured and just immediately held to the story. I was so very sorry when it ended. This book is alive, the characters feel like old friends and new ones. The writing is creative and witty as well as imaginative beyond belief. Though this is not the normal genre for this author, I must say I sincerely hope that she writes more in this line. It was a magnificent novella. A story of romance, and life and magic. A way of living and more. Absolutely worth the read! I was given this book in return for an honest review, which in NO way affected what I thought of this book or writing this review. Anna Swedenmom

Bewitched By Christmas is a cute story but still with plenty of action filled moments. Allie is a beautiful women and a good witch who runs her own business and only uses her magic for good she’s a very good down to earth woman, but she hasn't had much luck with men because as soon as they find out she can do magic or witness her using it they flee leaving Allie broken hearted and gutted she can't see why they can't see past it she's not a bad person. That all changes though one night when she meets brock for the first time. Brock owns his own company which was left to him after his father passed away, he's a tough guy and a complete workaholic but one night after a stressful week at work he decides to take the long route home but miss a turn and gets lost and ends up in a small accident. When he sets eyes on the beautiful woman Allie he cant help all the feelings that comes rushing to his head and heart and he comes to realise he has never felt like this towards a women before there is something memorizing about her and he want her to be his. Allie is completely taken by Brock he's gorgeous sweet and just so sexy but shes scared and nervous about letting him see the real her due to all her previous bad experiences. What happens when there life’s are in danger? What happens when brock learns the truth about Allie will he flee? Will Allie forgive her interfering family? Will there Christmas be truly magical and have a happily ever after…. .

It’s told in the main characters points of view-Allie, Brock, and a few times by the person determined to harm Brock. It’s a quick and fairytale like read with an epilogue ending for Allie and Brock.

She had some inner energy that seemed to draw him in.”
Standing at over six foot, Brock is all masculine male with his dark hair and silvery blue eyes. He may be dreamy, but he is also a successful businessman who has no time for relationships in his life. But, from the moment he spots the petite woman with her green eyes and cute Christmas leggings, he feels an immediate connection with her.
“It was her magic he was pulling from her…and he didn’t care. He wanted more.”
Allie is from a family of good witches. She has always had to hide her magical powers from men before because it typically scares them off or they simply just don’t understand magic. But, when Brock sees what she can do, he’s immediately intrigued and fascinated by her enchantments.
“He wanted her with a ferocity no man had ever wanted her before and Allie reveled in it.”

Bewitched by Christmas, by S.R. Mitchell, is a holiday themed romance with a magical twist that truly was well done in how the author tied all the aspects together within this book. Allie just cannot seem to find Mr. Right and her relationship history certainly reflects this. She has a secret that only her family knows about, the magic, which adds another complicated dynamic to her life. Her Aunt Margret feels it is time to step in, without Allie’s knowledge, with the help of her friend to cast a spell to bring Mr. Right straight to Allie. However, it won’t be that simple, as there is drama quickly circling around Brock/Mr. Right that adds serious suspense into this potential romance.
The author does a good job of creating the unique personality traits for each of the characters in this story from Allie’s slightly odd Aunt Margret to her aunt’s best friends and their psychic abilities. There is humor interwoven with suspense, romance and more all within this wintery Christmas themed story. Allie loves the holidays and has a quirky, cute personality along with her caring demeanor. Brock is a typical guy who likes to be in charge, definitely considering what he does for a living. Despite his draw to Allie, he steps up and becomes the protector. His whole reputation is on the line. On his drive home he decides to take the long way home to think not realizing that a blizzard and a sports car don't mix.
Allie loves Christmas and tries to do her part for the community during the season. She also owns her own company and has a large greenhouse out back to help supply her with herbs. She is not too lucky in the “love” area or maybe it's just her choice in men. Allie’s Aunt and best friend would like to remedy that situation for her. They decide to set a spell for Allie to find her soulmate. Oh did I forget to mention….they are witches. Allie too. Not that anyone knows. It's a secret because normal people get scared when witches are around.
The spell has been cast and the couple meet when Brock's car goes off the road and Allie stumbles upon him. Once they are together they both feel an undeniable attraction and a kiss that is off the charts! Their lives are about to change and neither know it. The next morning Allie sees a “red dot” on Brock's chest just before her window explodes with a shot. Now Brock and Allie are on the run from someone trying to kill them. They just have to figure out who is behind this and everything will be perfect. Or will it? I wonder what will happen if they find out about the spell? Can their love overcome all?

Normally I shy away when it comes to Christmas books. Honestly I like to see before the holidays but this book was wonderful and may have changed my mind when it comes to Christmas books all together.
I mean who would not love magic, magic of love and well just love?
I must say though if you do not like third person stories. Do not go further but as someone who is normally a coin toss when it comes to those things I liked it. When the snow starts falling harder, his car ends up in a ditch. That is where Allie finds him. She brings him back to the safety of her home to mend his injuries. Her aunt and friends think that their job is done BUT is trouble on the horizon? Someone from Brock's company is out to hurt him, will Allie be caught up in the trouble? When someone actually tries to hurt him, he calls in reinforcements. From there Brock, Allie and his 2 friends go on the run while trying to figure out who is behind the all the trouble. Allie knows that she has to tell Brock about her powers, when he finds out, will he want nothing to do with her or will it not be an issue? Amidst all the trouble, Allie and Brock have come to realize that there are very strong feeling between them. Allie’s luck in love has not been good; she has finally decided to accept that she may remain alone. Then her nosey Aunt Margaret who has not given up hope that Allie will finally find Mr. Right steps in. Aunt Margaret cast a spell that Allie will find her sole mate.
Aunt Margaret calls Allie to come over and take a look at her cat who is not feeling well. Allie is also a witch and she has a healing touch so she decides to go take a look even though it is probably nothing. It started snowing earlier in the day and it is still snowing when she leaves her house. What would normally take 10 minutes to get there will now take about 20. Allie spots a car off in the ditch and pulls over to take a look. No one is normally out this way so she knows that help will not be on the way. She grabs her cell phone to try and make a phone call and wouldn’t you know it, no phone service out here.
Brock is trying to clear his mind of all the things that went wrong today. He decides to take the long way home in his new ride. He is on the phone with his uncle and misses his turn off; he decides to keep driving until he can find a different way to the highway. The snow starts coming down harder and out of no where a deer jumps into his path. He tries to miss the deer but hits black ice and flips his car. He wakes up to a voice he doesn’t know and a face of pure beauty. Allie helps Brock out of the wreck and into her truck so they both can get out of the snow and go call a tow truck.
This fun little read was my first from S.R. Mitchell, I enjoyed it.

FIVE STARS
Bewitched by Christmas is a sweet novella written by author S.R. Mitchell. It is full of intrigue and fun.
Margaret and Betty are the best of friends and being older they like to meddle in the love life of Margaret's dear niece. Also being witches they think they know the perfect spell to help Allie find her soul mate.
Allie lives in a huge farm house out in the middle of nowhere and loves her solitude and the fact that she has a greenhouse out back where she can grow all of the stuff she needs to make her natural organic herbal teas, dried herbal scented bags, bath bombs, bath salts and lots of other stuff.
Christmas is her favorite time of the year and she loves helping out at the local church with their Angel Tree. Decorating for Christmas and all the twinkle lights. Even all the way down to her Christmas leggings.
Brock is the owner of a company that provides security and body guards. He is out of a long drive to clear his mind of some troubles with the company and gets lost in a snow storm, when out of a thick row of brush along side of the road a deer jumps in front of his car, he over corrects hits a patch of ice and the car flips and lands in a ditch.
Allie finds Brock and helps him get better. Little do they both know that their adventure is just beginning.
A wonderfully written quick short story about finding that one that is out there for you. No matter what "help" you have in finding them. Sometimes you just need that extra little assistance.

Bewitched by Christmas is a quick read by S.R Mitchell. In this story we are introduced to Brock and Allie. This is your big bad security alpha meet cute little hippie type chick. She has an immense love for anything Christmas. We come to learn that Allie has something that other girls do not have and that is powers. Yes folks she's a witch. With a cat named Max and all. She also has the luxury of having a meddling aunt. The type of aunt that is always coming up with some scheme of how to get Allie a man. Brock works for and is the boss of his family business of personal security. One day he's driving during a snow storm and ends up lost and has an accident. Allie comes to his rescue and that's how the two meet. Their attraction is instantaneous. But while stranded in Allies house because of the snowstorm danger rears its ugly head. They get closer to each other while running from the danger. Brock had to not only keep them alive but also find out the identity of the person that is presenting the trouble. With the help of Brock's trusted friends David and Trent they are able to move around. It seems as if they run into danger at every turn. The identity of the assailant is just out of their reach leaving them sitting ducks. Will they spend this Christmas still on the run? Will they find the identity of the assailant? I give this story a 4.5 star rating. Very cute and quick read.
