This is a flip-book that can be set on a built-in stand with pictures big and clear enough to be seen across the room.
Discusses weight bearing exercise and it's importance for bone health and osteoporosis in aging women. Shows easy, simple weight bearing exercises, and flexibility exercises.
There is some discussion of nutrition and calcium in foods and as supplements.
Clear and consise. After reading a few books with more than enough information (and sometimes out of date information), this is one that could be useable everyday. Reminds me of the Sit and Be Fit TV show, which I like very much.
