Her Special Christmas Bonus is a holiday short that I hope you will truly enjoy. Not only did I have a fun time writing this story, but I really fell in love with my main characters Tazmin and Langston. Although the way that they finally meet is a little unorthodox, you can't deny the love or sexual chemistry between the two. So go ahead and download this book and see what happens when two people who have only spoken on the phone a couple times meet on one of the coldest nights in New York.

Tazmin was excited about her new promotion and moving into a different department in the company. While waiting for her boss to arrive they were scheduled to have some FaceTime meetings to get things moving along before his return. Unfortunately the camera on her computer would not allow them to see each other but they still had a very good working conversation with a hint of intrigue.
There's a big company party that the two are looking forward to meeting in person. Tazmin has been doing work behind the scenes to prepare and finds her stuck at the office the afternoon of the holiday party.

Very enjoyable book
Although I'm not a Christmas kind of story person this was very nice. I found myself not wanting to put the book down. Tazmin and Langston had an instant attraction to each other even though they've never seen each other. Story started out very well and continue that way. I really enjoyed it.

Not going to lie these Christmas stories have had me in a chokehold for the last week or so to the point that I haven’t wanted to read anything else. Short and cute, these stories have been the perfect touch to the holiday. Genesis Woods knocked it out the park with this one. There’s really only so much I can say without giving too much of the story away, but just know it involves a cold winter night and an elevator.
If you’re looking for a Black romance short look no further!
What would you do if you were trapped on an elevator with a handsome stranger in the middle of a winter storm? Would you freeze or do what you needed to do to “keep warm?” While the temperatures were low, the sexual tension was very high. Acting under the assumption that it was for one night only, the main characters decided to throw caution to the wind and give into their yearnings. The amount of chemistry these two shared was undeniable. I love a good unexpected romance where you get to witness the natural build up in the interactions between the main characters before everything comes to a head. I loved the way the author framed this story. There were things that I didn’t see coming that should’ve been obvious from jump and that I didn’t realize the direction until it was in my face. This is my second read by this author and I really can’t get over the way she manages to give us what feels like a full length novel in a short story. A true skill.

Queen Genesis Woods gave us a cute Christmas insta-love short.
Langston & Team in talked several times on the phone,via text and email. Their first time meeting wasn't conventional due to them being stuck on the elevator at their office. The connection was instant and the chemistry was hard to deny. The kind of sex they engaged in on that elevator😜. Although she was freaking out after finding out who he really was, I'm glad she listened to her friends and threw caution to wind and gave Langston a chance to give her the love she'd longed for.

A Holiday Sweet Treat
Tazmin received a promotion with a new boss at her company.. It was funny how several times when they were supposed to meet, FaceTime etc, and it never happened. Her boss was a mystery I couldn't wait to solve. The image Tazmin had of her boss Langston, was a far cry from his appearance. The cat and mouse game was too much fun about their meetings. When they finally met, it was magical. A sweet story with a great ending.

A first by this author and I loved it! This book was so hot! The chemistry between Tazmin and Langston was off the charts.
Tazmin has been working so hard to achieve all of her goals and as things fall into place around the holidays, she's only missing one thing! Her bestfriends keep trying to talk her into working on the romance part of her life. She's all work and no play, specially when she starts working for a new boss. After a horrible evening stuck on an elevator with a total stranger, her friends might be on to something. Tazmin may have finally found the missing piece in her life.

So this was a fun, short read and a pretty passionate one too. Tazmin gets a brand new job and only meets her new boss via phone, since he's out of town. Then, when she's doing last minute work before Christmas, a snowstorm gets her trapped in an elevator with a handsome stranger... and fate takes over.
This was so nice, and Langston was super sweet. A kind boss, and a passionate stranger. I like they way he came after her when it all came out. Intention makes the best partner. Very sweet.

Awesome Christmas love story
Wow I kinda figured it was Langston in the elevator with her she almost lost out on everything because she got afraid but I liked that both of her friends gave her great advice... I liked the fact she took a chance now There engaged to be married I wish it was more I would have liked to see them have a family together but it still was great ending to beautiful beginning

What a gift 💝
Tazmin and Langston are couple goals their love was kismet and developed through their first encounter. This novella was well written and complete and will definitely have you wanting an update on the love that blossomed between these two. A beautiful once in lifetime encounter that turned into forever great work Ms. Genesis❤️

Her Christmas Bonus was a love story for Christmas. Taz just knew her Mr Right was gonna call into her lap in such perfect way but little did she know he would enter her world in another way. Langston wound up being Taz’s Mr. Right but her doubts may cause her to loose him. Will she get her Christmas bonus and find love? Gotta read to find out!

Who Would’ve Thought
Lawd I love a good boss/employee love story! I’m glad she was open but cautious cause the way her friends would’ve had her would’ve been too much! I had a feeling of how this was going to go but the ride was wonderful!!!! One of the best Christmas shorts I’ve read so far!

Sweet Holiday Story!
Loved it!!!! Such a cute short story! Tazmin seemed like a sweetheart, so she deserved somebody who would love on her. I definitely get why she felt nervous, but I'm glad she gave a relationship with Langston a real shot. This was a sweet, holiday read!

Lifetime bonus
Langston and Taz meeting was designed by the gods themselves. Being able to work with and for your boo should fun fun fun. I can only imagine what them meetings with taking notes look like. Very impressive read.
