Time Assassins #3

Assassin's End

Rate this book
All Rick Brewer wanted was to live a quiet, normal life. Stranded in an ancient land, he encounters nomads, pirates, and Vikings. No matter where he goes, he is destined to influence the future. Unknowingly, entire timelines are erased and new histories are created.

Assassin 101, assigned to track down the rogue agent, leads missions to 1914 Sarajevo, 1867 Paris, 1515 Puerto Rico, and 2001 New York. Partnered with the time-misplaced Assassin 12, they must find Brewer to repair the timelines before the future is destroyed.

Leann Lassiter, a teacher in the Guild, must mold the next generation of Assassins. With the threat of history being erased, she spearheads the monumental effort to track down Brewer. How does one find someone who does not want to be found when he has the whole world and all of history to hide in?

Councilman Trion Mar supervises Leann’s work in the hope that she will not find the truth—a secret he would kill to protect.

As the timelines spiral out of control, Assassin 101 must find and stop Rick Brewer in a battle that will determine the fate of mankind and history itself.

With a face for radio and a voice for silent movies, writing was his only recourse.

Award Winning Author R. Kyle Hannah is a self-professed geek and lover of all things sci-fi. He began writing in high school as an outlet for an overactive imagination. Those humble beginnings, combined with real life experiences from a 29-year career in the Army, have spawned a half-dozen full-length adventures and a handful of short stories.

“Reminiscent of Arthur C. Clark” is how Writer’s Digest describes his first novel, To Aid and Protect.

His TIME ASSASSINS Trilogy (Time Assassins, Assassin’s Gambit, & Assassin’s End) has met great praise from authors and readers alike. The series is a time travel adventure that chronicles futuristic assassins who travel back in time and rewrite alternate timelines into our history. The trilogy features a Pinnacle Book Achievement Award Winner and an amazon Best Seller.

His next two-book series (The Tri-System Authority - The Jake Cutter Conspiracy, and The Tri-System Authority - The Reign of Terra) is slated for release in 2018.

Kyle has several other projects in the works, including Harvest Day, Atlantis Falling, and a screenplay adaptation of his first novel, To Aid and Protect.

I can't properly review this without intimating major spoilers. So I'll just say that, despite a couple bobbles in spots, SHOOT BUDDY WHAT A RIDE! All the major players still around, still screwing with the timeline to a nosebleed level, and Leanne kicking ass, if only figuratively at this point. A grand conclusion to a great series. Can't wait to see what Hannah has in store next.
