Practical advice and helps for anyone, not just those looking to improve their leadership skills. Very helpful even for every day practices, such as interpersonal communication.
I especially liked the EQ-i 2.0 Model of Emotional Intelligence, because it provides a way to measure oneself and others, to identify points of improvement and as well actions to improve.
Also, it provides a shared language that can be used to discuss EI with others.
