This edition of the Codes contains all amendments, and notes of decisions to January, 1895, including cases reported in 95 Ky. And 16 Ky. Law Reporter. Unreported decisions of the Court of Appeals found in the Ky. Law Reporters bearing upon sections of the Codes have also been inserted. An index in the middle of a book seems out of place, and 1 have put indexes to both Codes, as well as forms, at the end of the volume. The catch words to sections, the indexes and the notes have been revised, rewritten and made more complete, and many forms not in former editions have been added.
