this book is about a girl (Krystal) who finds love at a very young age, but her parents feel that the boy (Jared) is using her. soon Krystal finds her boyfriend dead in his bath tub with his wrist slit open, after Jared neighbor finds them both in his tub they call Jerad father and make Krystal go home. Krystal parents wouldn't let her go to Jerad funeral and they only made things worst by arguing with Krystal so one day she runs away and she goes to live with the closet thing she had to family three boys names Antonio, Andre, Aubrey aka Tonio, Dre, Brey. soon she finds love and protection in the arm of a best friend named Yohan, while living with yohan and the boys she faced many obstacles such as losing Antonio and almost losing yohan and killing a man for taking away Antonio life. i rate this book 5 starts because i like the way it included things that can happen in real life. i recommend this book to anyone who like my review.
I didn't finish this- I got less than 75 pages in. Parts of it were so boring for me and then other parts just totally over the top. It seems like Ms. Wright was trying for the suspenseful drama and just really missed. That's what it seems like to me anyway. The whole 'Trio' thing is just really weird. I didn't get the reason for that at all. I do have to say that the book seems to have been going in the direction of a decent message. The lack of drug dealing, murder, etc. helped lead me to that. Maybe this is for a younger audience then myself.
