A deeply convicting book, and made me do a lot of soul searching while reading! I read this for Ladies bible study, and it was well worth taking a year to read and study each chapter!

A little read classic treatise on Christian living. Beginning with the process of salvation, Plummer then walks the reader through what salvation results in. In each section he lays out characteristics of a follower of Jesus, appealing to Scripture and to great teachers who preceded him. It is a convicting and challenging read, but worth the time as a process of self-examination.

Very good. Enjoyable read on a variety of practical piety. Read it for my Lords Day reading for the most part. Highly recommended!
