Based on this career pioneer’s SIMS (System for Identifying Motivated Skills), he uses a matrix to identify and categorize the skills developed in personal life accomplishments. Loaded with examples, almost too many, the most significant part of the book is learning to recognize the skills you should be using in your career. Also includes some good advice on networking and interviewing.
