This book could have been published today that people would still buy into the insane ideas it contains! A true testament to how everybody still loves snake oil!

Don’t miss out on how you can cure your eyesight by doing vision exercises 😂😂😂😂

It is incredibly obvious that this book was written in the seventies.
It explores health both physical and mental and our ability to get well rather than just "not be sick" as the media sometimes portrays it. There is a lot to read on our bodies ability to regenerate itself but also on natural methods to aid it to reach its best potential, taking into accounts not only our nutrition and exercise but also our whole environment.
From colour therapy and aura healing to spas, from juicing and fasting to homemade face masks recipes, from yoga to making your own wine with dandelions, this is my go to lifestyle book.
I can tell that a lot of research and effort went into it.
It also contains stunning photographies and illustrations from the 1920's to the early 1970's.
The edition is just stunning. Under the dust jacket is a bright orange fabric hardcover with golden lettering on the spine.
I have owned this book for quite some years, and re-reading it now I think it might have influenced me and my current lifestyle a lot more than I thought.
I don't think this will ever become irrelevant.
