The story was forced. I liked the hero for the most part. He tried so hard to be the gentleman and yet he definitely wanted his mate. Candace can write, but this story just seemed so crammed together. The three stars are for the characters.

Good but odd
Enjoyed the stories... But at times the beginning of a story it seemed really confusing to understand what was going on... You read you might feel different..

Sexy sweet quickie
This is a fast-paced sweet shifter HEA. Cade meets Mira when he saves her from attacking wolves. He knows instantly she's his mate but because of Mira's past and her injury he has to take things slowly. Cade's slowly and Mira's slowly are vastly different.
I love the concept of this story just wish there was a little more to round it out. Hard to believe their relationship progresses as fast as it does given Mira's past. Overall though, fun, sexy, sweet quick read.
