This was super cute and a very quick read. It's perfect for beginner readers for sure. The consistent rhyming is such a big key for kids when they're learning. As an adult, I know I tend to get them stuck in my head. It's quite funny actually! That's why I love it for kids. Even though I have three teenagers, we still take the time to read kids books together (especially if it's a review request) and it gives us the chance to do something fun together. All three of them loved it as well. Yes, even they were repeating parts of it. :) The illustrations were very well done, clear and flowed wonderfully. This is a great book, no matter your age!

Just Right for the Night!

I love reading this story to my 9 month old! I make faces and change my voice to make it fun for him. Such a great story before bed!

How does Mrs. Rose win the struggle against crows eating apples?

I thought this was a very clever and funny story in some respects and with some great and beautiful illustrations so I would like to recommend this for five stars and for 2-7 year
olds. The story tells how Mrs.Rose fought back against two
crows from stealing her apples. I received this ebook for free
by using my KU plan and in return, here is my honest review. Super work Sigal! By Angela

Was looking for a bedtime story. May be good for first grade readers, but question "morals" and question st ory line as "mean".

Illustrations were nice and colorful. Wording seemed awkward and almost in rhyme but not quite at that level. Liked but didn't love.
