I read this book many years ago and highlighted important things. Now I just read the highlights.
Most things can be applied to people without AD/HD.

Very clearly written.

This book helped me understand, I'm not crazy! IT also helped me to define what is "normal" boy behavior and what is tied to his ADHD.
