This textbook provides sample activities that are applicable to all secondary classrooms. I cannot give a 5-star rating because it is not organized well and tends to be a dry read.

There are pieces of this book that are practical, but in order to really understand effect size and teaching applications, this book was not enough.

Not necessarily a bad book. I just already do a lot of the strategies contained in it. Fairly basic in some areas. More for first-second year teachers.
