This is a comment that I made the last time I read this book: "This is one of the books I have to read again because I don't really understand what is going on. It was a little bit complicating for me (2012 March 5 th." Now that I have read some versions of this story I have enjoyed it. This version has a very little description of Pip's sister's attack, or how bad her husband treated her when Estella got married. They focus on how kind and nice Joe is to Kip.

The book had a good plot and character development, but it did not spark my attention. I felt that there were many unesscary parts of the book that were not needed. It was overall mundane and flavor-less, I do not recommend this book.
