I have had the enormous gift of knowing Maria Salomao-Schmidt for over twenty years and just reading even the beginning of this fabulous book is an action of loving and giving yourself the volume of knowledge Maria has amassed and lovingly shares with her whole heart and spiritual being to humanity. Just reading the Look Inside Kindle beginning of her book is shifting you and helping you heal yourself, so you want to read the whole thing and come out of the book a different and evolved spiritual true you! I cannot recommend this book enough for anyone who needs to not only live in their true soul higher self, but to spread that light to the rest of the people they know to read her book and truly, deeply transform their body, beauty and life. And share it with everyone!

The open-hearted manner in which FFOY is written provides companionship on your journey - it seems as though it has been written just for you ( and it is! ). Here's the thing. I read mystery and detective novels. If I'm reading a non-fiction book, it'll be about digital marketing. I saw a friend reading this book, so I flipped through it. Right away, Maria offered an invitation to learn with a light and connected heart. Having permission to enjoy the book on my own terms. Every time I open the book, I learn something new about ways to look at my everyday life as though it is, indeed, Full of Myself! I highly recommend this book for every human - whether you are searching for answers or not - you will find answers in this easy-to-read, positive energy book. Since then, I have bought 3 more books to give as gifts. Gratitude to the author for her generous and loving efforts.

Reading this book is probably one of the best things that I could have done for myself. In reading this book, I have learned so much about myself that I never even knew about me and I’m 35 years old haha! Maria gives you tools to understand how to live as she calls it “full of yourself”. I love how she put things in terms one can actually understand and follow. I also loved that at the end of most chapters there is “journal time”. Yes, I actually sat and did all of them. I suggest that you do them as well. It made me really sit and think about who I am and what I want out of life. I can honestly say this book has changed my way of thinking. The tools that she gives you are actually easy to make small changes in your daily routine to improve your life and love yourself and again be “full of yourself” in big ways.

I have bought many copies of this book, 2 (Paper & Kindle) for me and few for friends. We all loved it. I took my time reading it and am sure that I will read it again and again. When I read this book, it's like listening to Maria in Person. I recommend that everyone buys at least 2 copies, one for themselves and one for a friend, mother, sister... I wish I had read this book when I was in my 20's.
Thank you Maria for writing this book! I love how you explain the fact that most of us have been domesticated... How the way we talk to our children and the stories we tell them has a life time impact on how they live their life. How we can be who we are meant (unlocking our spiritual DNA) to be and not who we are expected to be (good girl, good boy...). Highly recommend it!

This is a wonderful guide and handbook for life. Maria was ahead of her time in the writing of this clear and well executed guide for getting past and understanding our spiritual selves. It helps us understand how we became they way we are as far as our thoughts go and how to let go and arrive as our true selves. She is a great companion to The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*uck, Mastery, the Five Second Rule and more. Maria is a light in the darkness.
