About the author

I was fortunate to be born in the tiny town of Sistersville, WV, long before computers and cell phones, or even cable TV. A child had to use his imagination in those days. I found my adventures within the pages of a good book. Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn were early favorites, along with the Hardy Boys. After graduating high school in 1978, my taste turned towards the works of Mr. Stephen King.
After twenty-three years of working in law enforcement, and two failed marriages, I decided to change my life around. I quit the cop business and went into the utility business near Wrightsville Beach, NC.
Newly single, and with a less stressful job, I decided to finally start writing.
All of the ideas which had been bouncing around in my head for years were ready for release! Oh, and that imagination.....
