The author's goal is to present: (1) Tito's views on war and other social issues connected with war and peace expressed throughout his long life and work (2) Tito's activities and results of those activities concerning resolution of a series of issues connected to war and peace in his time; (3) Tito's vision of fu-ture development of society as a whole and the role of war and force in that development; (4) to highlight the importance of Ti-to's military work and encourage further research and inquiries (having in mind students of humanities and military academies and young scholars); (5) The author has tried to build in, along with Tito's ideas, bits of his own knowledge about these issues, which he as a professor at the Center of Advanced Military Schools and Belgrade University professionally researched and lectured throughout his career.
