This is a quick read. I think it has great stories, history, scriptures, quotes from general authorities and counsel to help youth prepare to attend the temple now and to keep that their goal for the future. I particularly enjoyed the stories of the sacrifices that youth made during the construction of temples as well as to attend the temple. The author's (Chad Hawkins) illustrations of temples are also throughout the book.

This is good book for youth and new converts less than 6 months along. It gives very basic and general information about the importance of the temple and ways one can prepare to be worthy of temple worship. I appreciate and enjoy the quiz at the end which gives each temple a personal feel and helps one identify something unique and beautiful about each temple.

We read this as a family before Matt and Tori went to their first baptisms for the dead. It was a nice way to introduce the temple to them.
