Corporate Finance with Connect with LearnSmart & Smartbook PPK

Rate this book
Corporate Finance meets the needs of the introductory corporate finance course at the MBA level, or the introductory course that wants very comprehensive coverage. The text emphasizes the modern fundamentals of the theory of finance while providing contemporary examples to make the theory come to life. Corporate finance is presented as the working of a small number of integrated and powerful intuitions rather than a collection of unrelated topics. The text develops the central concepts of modern arbitrage, net present value, efficient markets, agency theory, options, and the trade-off between risk and return, and uses them to explain corporate finance with a balance of theory and application. This well respected author team is known for its clear and accessible presentation of material.
