Great Starting Point for Learning about Your Body
I believe it is important to take responsibility as much as possible for knowing what a doctor is talking about and your options when it comes to your health. This book does a wonderful job breaking down complex terms, questions and the like so you are better prepared for an appointment, as well as issues that come up in life. I truly believe it will help point people in the right direction, such as knowing what questions to ask and how to save money.
It is also an excellent book if you write about medical problems as it defines things better than the internet does.
