I think it is very likely that I will be the only person on this site who will ever review this book owing to the fact that I don't suspect that there are very many existing copies. This is a really neat, old dictionary I bought on ebay that provides a lot of good information about American English of the Civil War Era.

Just purchased this book for $4 from an estate of a woman that passed away at the age of 105. Gave it as a gift to my son who is an English Professor.
