Rate this book
Divinely inspired, the constitution once formed a more perfect union," but has since been altered and attacked and is now hanging by a thread. This enlightening book focuses on two original American documents--the Constitution and the Book of Mormon--to illuminate profound truths about our modern society and teach you how to prepare yourself and your country for the coming Millennium.

This is must reading for all American Citizens and most especially all members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I recommend it to all Christians and all Citizens because it sets forth clearly what this nation was founded upon, the principles of Christianity and self governance. Our constitution was designed for a good people that knew how to govern themselves because they were personally motivated by inner principles of good. Any who abandon those inner principles need some form of police state to govern them. Thus, the loss of Christian principles in America gives rise to the growth of a police state to govern a people lacking in inner principles to guide their respective actions.

This book is a compilation of quotes, facts, and figures connected by strands of the author’s personal opinion. It contains eye-opening information on the changes (for good or ill) to our Constitution. The author’s personal opinion is fiery and inflammatory and condescending without providing any clear direction. The entire book is a complaint against things as they have become without positing any constructive courses of action. I recommend the read only for the great quotes and facts.

I liked the quotes from the founding fathers and the concepts he was trying to get across but for me this book did not “flow” I wasn’t always sure of the point he was trying to make 😕 maybe it was just me …
