Another entry in the relatively inexpensive and popular "Key To..." series, this is useful set of four workbooks that comprise a ground-up review of fractions. Instruction is interleaved with the material, but the instruction is fairly lightweight; this is best as a review or an adjunct.

Deployed on DS1, an advanced math student, in 3rd & 4th grade, but it would be handy for a much older student who needs another pass through the material, though a weaker math student may require a bit more support.

My one caveat is that "Key to Fractions" doesn't do a particularly good job explaining division by fractions. But in fairness, most programs don't do a particularly good job in explaining division by fractions. It's hard! I have a math-related degree, and don't think I fully grasped it until my twenties, when I read Liping Ma's Knowing and Teaching Elementary Mathematics.
