This was a very fun and thrilling book to read. The artwork makes the story come alive. Sister Girl decides she wants to learn to ride a bike. I kept hoping we would learn Sister Girl's real name but we never do.
Her dad is a great example of a real man and good dad which is something we need more of these days. In fact, I know the story was focusing on Sister Girl, however, I was impressed by her dad. I think a lot of "men" can learn something by reading this book. I suggest reading it as a family and maybe even buying a copy for a dad you know.

This is the classic story of a girl who gets a new bike. My 4 year old daughter just got a new bike and wants to ride it every opportunity she gets so this story really hit home. I love how in the end of the book her dad gives her training wheels so that she can be independent.
Cute books it will take us all back to learning how to ride for the first time ourselves teaching your children to ride their bikes and even our grandchildren. Great book for an exciting time in a child’s life when they’re ready to get a bike. We really enjoyed this book, the illustrations were beautiful.
Great resource for kids learning to ride their first wheels
My preschooler is struggling with learning to ride her bike and this book is really helpful and encouraging. She enjoyed the story and I loved that it is a good guide for bike safety too. I also love the bonding moments between Sister Girl and her dad. Kind of reminds me when I was young and learning to ride a bike.
I love the meaning of this story that it takes time to learn things and that nothing worth having or knowledge of will come easy. However, if you put in some hard work, determination, and patience the goal at hand can and will be achieved. Highly recommended for little ones interested in riding a bike or those who have started riding bikes but may feel discouraged.
I enjoyed the book and thought it sends a message of being patient. It also covers safety which I believe is a big thing nowadays. It's nice to see the daughter and dad bonding in the story. Young girls will enjoy reading this with their dads. (and moms too!)
A vibrant story which follows 'sister girl' and her desire to learn to ride a bike (with the help of dad). The book has colorful illustrations and will appeal to small children who want to start riding a bike with 2 wheels.
I liked the bond between sister girl and her parents. The story will teach a lot of positive lessons to young children. The illustrations are so beautiful too. I highly recommend it!
This book shared a very cute story about an integral childhood moment that most everyone can relate to. I adore the sweet father/daughter relationship and the determination of the little girl who had a goal and stuck with it.
This story takes the reader through a typical scenario of getting your first bike and the need for training wheels. The illustrations are colorful and cute. This would make a great gift right before a new bike is given!
Sweet story about a little girl getting a bike and had a hard time riding it. Her daddy bought her training wheels so she could take the steps in learning to ride her bike.
This is a uplifting story that speaks of overcoming challenges. It reassures children that they can do anything even learning to ride a bicycle. I love the father daughter connection in this story. A must read.
My 4 year old really enjoyed me reading this lovely story to her about a young girl who wants to ride a bike. Every child should have such a loving parent like the one is this book that teaches that patience and learning by doing the proper steps is necessary to be successful. A nicely illustrated story with a strong family bonding element.
