Rebecca Richardson, an English primary teacher, arrives in the city of Seoul. Whilst it's a welcome break from London, she wants to trace the one lost love of her mother. Immersing herself in the history, customs and people of Korea, she meets a young man with dark sultry eyes.
Born in Romania of Greek parents, fled Ceausescu's Romania to Holland where eventually became a Dutch citizen. Spent 20 years in England working in London with various firms in marine insurance. Married a New Zealander and moved to Christchurch in 2002, where she lives presently.
