Between 1985 and 2003, John E.L. Tenney wrote down a nonsensical amount of ideas on countless scraps of paper. The words and ideas were an attempt to capture the author’s thoughts about everything from candy to heartbreak. After compiling all of the words, he published two books, All of a Sudden I’m the Bad Guy and Parking for International Departures. For the first time, these two books have been collected into a single edition, for no reason other than to allow the author to throw away all the original scraps of paper.
