I didn't find the tips here all that useful. They're either plain common sense - such as "prepare for your lectures ahead of time" - or too vague to be useful. There are also a few that I just plain disagree with, such one that exhorts instructors not to schedule exams on Mondays because students may be taking vacations and not return until Tuesday. What?! Sorry, but if a student can't prioritize his/her education (and schedule that ski trip during a scheduled academic holiday), that's not my problem.
