Not only are the illustrations amazing, the whole book tells a unique cohesive story of an animal house line up. There are touching/relatable characters, like the father penguin and his daughter, that make reading this to my newborn a delight for me and her. There are a couple of animals that may be too advanced linguistically for a child (and some dads), but so far this is the best children’s book I’ve read thus far.
