Poetry by James Halon is a collection of 55 poems on a diverse subject verse from God, to sailing, and even one on a barroom brawl. This is very classic poetry and leaves the reader quite amused from a profound humor that laces this work.

I've been a very lucky guy and have done a lot of beautiful things in my life. Like ocean racing sailboats, racing sports cars, traveling, and I've had some great jobs, too. I was a Weather Forecaster, an Astrogeophysical Data Analyst in a solar observatory, a Nuclear Scientist, and even worked in a steel mill as an Inspector on a continuous roll galvanizing line.

And above all, I have been allowed to write and to create some (hopefully) meaningful poetry.

I've authored published books: The Malagasy Tortoise, Orchids to Die For (co-authored with Catherine Burr); a hardback book of poems, Poetry; A Wreal Writers CD story (contributing author); a book of love poems entitled, Expressions of Love. Evi's Blind Date, a humor story; Mnomia's World, a Sci Fi Story; 50 Going on 25, a romance story, Creative Writing 101 (Behind the Scenes) an erotic piece, and a novella, Jimmy Begood.

If you love poetry, this is the real deal! My work is called neo-classical and I'm loving the tag... Only 55 poems in this one. Very concise.
