I was interested to know more about the life and journey of the newsreader I’d grown up with, the “Mother of the Nation”.
I wasn’t disappointed, Judy writes so beautifully and honestly with plenty of amusing anecdotes along the way.
She’s open and frank about what went right and wrong, but spoken with wisdom rather than bitterness.
A true New Zealand icon.
