This is an easy read that every woman should pick up. It’s informative, educational, eye-opening, and provides practical applications of alternative options to annual mammograms. In addition, in the event a lump or cancer is detected, it provides advice on how to proceed with determining the best course of action for you as an individual. This is a book that will go in my library for future reference. Prior to reading it, I had watched a documentary related to the subject matter of this book that had caused me to already implement the alternative options this book suggests. The information in this book just validated that decision and has provided additional support and confirmation for discontinuing mammograms going forward. Will probably buy this book as a gift for my female friends moving forward. I believe it is so important that all women read it!

Must read for for all women, especially those at the age where doctors start pressuring mammograms!
Do your research before you just do it because its what the doctor orders!
