What a waste. This book is useless to me.

If I wanted step-by-step instructions on how to do something with no overview or background information whatsoever, I’d use the internet. In fact, the internet is more helpful due to the many comments adding helpful bits of info.

And what a dumb title for the book. Shepherding end users? Embarrassing really.

totally lifted parts of it (structure only, no plagarism) for some of the training materials that I have had to put together for work...sure did make it a lot easier! Great explanations for newbies, a little light for those who are super-users
