Now, 5 stars are probably excessive, but I remember vividly how much I enjoyed reading this. Mainly because he managed to give me the illusion that the whole field of analytic philosophy is somehow manageable. And some of his views, like the distinction between early and late Wittgenstein I stick to to this day.
