In my own established walking routine, I decided to read this. Walking not only clears the mind, you get to bask in the nature around you. Are you stressed out? Walking can relieve stress and improve your health. Strauss gets you started and makes you think. Would hope that people read this and put it into practice.
I love that this book is short, sweet, and to the point. it gives very good information and doesn't drag it out with pointless filler.
What I don't love is just how many times I'm reminded of the book bonuses. my god, I only needed like maybe 2 of those. it was just really annoying to see it in nearly every chapter.
This is a book that reminds you that you do not always have to go from point a to point b. By doing a mindful walk, you get to marvel what is around you, and chances are greater that you will have a marvelous day! Good read.
Read in one bath. Easy reading clear and insightful. Not new content to me but presented in a way that resounds to my inner thoughts when I walk and spend time outside.
