Long complicated at times and almost convoluted but turned into a bait and switch...

Abi,Abi,Abi who is Abi Monroe ? A beyotch,a lover, a CEO, a selfish/clueless Domme wanna be? A submissive? A slave ?
Abi was a lot of things in this overly long story,but sadly never quite what I was told when I bought the idea of this story and started reading,I knew she had a strong sexual appetite from the get go but having NEVER read a story by Ms.Timms before I didn't know I'd me desperately longing and searching for conversation and skimming thru endless scenes almost one after the other at times.... I felt I was sold this story as a wonderful reverse on all the quote usual "Boss" books out there where you have a female boss for once asking for and getting sexual favors for her PA's and her getting to be in control,what I got was a selfish,self absorbed,hurting and confused woman who supposed didn't know what she truly wanted til the right man came along and stopped her pseudo Domme game,turned the tables on her kept trying to take her control away til finally in love got down on her knees and said "Master".... Great, just Great...
I honestly feel like a bait I switch has been done here, now honestly I never enjoyed watching Abi "in charge" on her "men" because while I LOVE a good well written BDSM story w/a properly loved and well treated yummy sexy alpha male sub. ( a men are on his knees wanting to worship and adore the woman in his life not because has to but because he wants to alpha enough to know all that power is leashed only because he wants is,but willing to bend to your will to please you ? How could that not be delicious?!?!?!) but this ? Abi was always a pseudo Domme at best, a GOOD Domme or Dom. cares about their sub.s needs as much as their own and see submission as a beautiful gift not a right and care they the sub./slaves needs are being meet as well,it's supposed to be a power exchange NOT a power trip..
Well we're lead to believe in the 1st two books Abi started down this road after we could consider a "bad break up" per say after what Adi found out about a man she was in love ,that not only was he cheating on her but he had some rather dark kinks ( I say dark considering for he treated the other person he was doing the things w/) Abi of course was hurt very badly by this and started exploring these kinks herself and we're lead to believe she'd NEVER had any interest in this prior to the ex.. Only to try them w/him out curiosity only to be hurt and deeply humiliated by him see him as a monster then become let hers of become the very thing she hated... This story was like a long and winding road you think never end all the while your praying not get lost and see/find the reason that makes it worth the trouble and effort for the journey... Guess what ?!?!? Yeah,well, I NEVER found a reason for all my time,effort and money ;( Abi is a seemingly Smart woman who continually makes DUMB decisions all the while thinking she knows it all... Her ex is NEVER mentioned are explained to Blaze and while he FINALLY got some pov's from him is wasn't enough in my opinion, the reasons behind her actions make sense and yet they don't in this book supposedly she's like taking control since she was 16 and was able to threaten her older godparents son into doing her bidding and it got her all hot,wet and bothered,unlike the 1st two books that make you think something entirely different and yet supposedly all that was just instead til she found the "right" man get could get naked and bow at his feet and call Master, proving seemingly that all us woman want is all big strong man we can trust to give us orders and have constant sex how ever he wants maybe even secret,y bound in rope under our wedding dress...
Seriously ? 2 books of bed not a bad Domme only to make the guy you love your master ? BS!!!!!!!!! Dear lord I wish I could get all my time and money back , but wasted reading about this crazy convoluted mess of a woman who honestly doesn't know what the hell she wants..

I have submitted this review after listening to the audio book of this title.

So Blaze Houston has gotten under her skin, and her perpensity for having sex with her personal assistants has now stopped. She values her current PA, Brad, until he turns on her.
Can she be hung out to dry by the media by the one person who did not have set with her?

This series is really good. It's not all the time you read about a billionaire lady. But it was awesome.
