Well, this book is totally out of continuation with the rest of the Marvel Universe, so I guess the best way is to view it as an alternative reality where Spider-Man has just got his power, where we are living in the modern age with its technology, but where things are as innocent superhero-wise as it was in the early sixties. What I really like though, is that this is a great book to start with for younger readers, as it’s not overly complicated and violent, and if it’s something Marvel really needs, it’s recruiting young readers.
Although this is installment #6 in the series, ll it is the introduction to Spiderman into Starks Industries and Ironman which is the basis for the summer 2017 Spiderman Homecoming Movie. Some panels have up to 9 speech and/or thought bubbles which makes it hard to decide in which order to read them. I had to re-read a few of these panels in order to get the correct flow of conversation between characters. The story is engaging and leaves the reader wanting to get their hands on Spidey #7.
I thought that it was great. It had the storyline of Peter Parker and of how he fought vulture, and teamed up with iron man. while he was also trying to ask Gween Stacy to a dance with him. He also fights with a great dragon at the end I also like their animation of iron man, and spider man. So that is why i would rate this book four stars. Over all it was a good book.
Spidey #6 by Robbie Thompson is a awsome book. This time spider man teams up with the Iron man to capture the valture. He stole something from the building the was for Tony Stark and that had his stuff. The valture had stole something but Iron man thinks it was spider man. Lukley they both team up and stop the valture.
This Spidey graphic novel takes fans back to Spidey’s high school days. Peter Parker fears failing some of his subjects. But most of all, he fears asking his tutor, Gwen Stacy, to the winter dance. By chance, Spidey teams up with Iron Man to defeat the Vulture and Iron Man gives Spidey some dating tips and then some empathy when Spidey ends up heartbroken. Spiderman and graphic novel fans will enjoy this adventure.
