It's a well-detailed book that will leave you very fascinated about all the new things that you've learned while reading the book. It will make you live inside the pages and will let you travel in India as you turn the pages. This is a must-have book for all the foreigners who've been married to their Indian spouses.

A nice introduction to the sprawling context of Indian culture. To focus on a few things - it touches on their collective history, the myriad of different religions and their approaches towards the arts. The illustrations give a clearer view of the topics that are discussed, which was a nice touch.

On my shelf as a gift from an expat friend. He was given this comic/introduction to Indian Culture as part of his transition package when he came to Singapore. Good information in the book however. Part of the AsiaPac comic series.
