Diabetes A to Z is a excellent introduction for a new diabetic, caregiver, and even a person who has had the disease for quite sometime. There are tons of information included in this book which will educate anyone who finds an interest in reading this book. It not only discusses all aspects of this disease but also shares dangers from being diabetic that literally affects all parts of our body. This book shares diet information from food labeling, snacks, meal planning, vitamins and minerals, and nutrition. Exercise, skin care, foot care, eye disease, dental health, and even nerve damage are all topics covered in this book. Be informed and alert to all the aspects and complications one may encounter as a diabetic. I recommend this book because I am diabetic and found it very useful.

This is a very helpful and easy read on diabetes. The information provided helped me to better know what to talk with my doctor about. It also helped me to better manage my glucose level which has now stabilized.
