Angel is a young, smart, savvy college student. She is not perfect but definitely wants to be a better woman and a great mother to her three-year-old son. She is torn between two lovers, her child's father (what’s good to her) and this new mystery man from out of town (what’s good for her). While trying to figure out who is really for her or against her, she learns some secrets that will rock her world. Take a ride with Angel as her life spirals out of control and she learns the difference between friend or foe and to never just trust anyone.
I enjoyed this story but the author really needs an editor. There were so many grammatical and punctuational errors I almost gave up on the book. Overall I enjoyed the plot.
‘Be Careful Who You Love and Trust’ was a story about a woman named Angel who is sick of dealing with her cheating and lying longtime boyfriend, Brian. She is conflicted about leaving him, that is, until she gets the shock of her life and finds out that he is secretly sleeping with someone very close to her.
While Angel is on the brink of a confrontation, tragedy strikes her family, and her best friend/sister, Carmen, is left fighting for her life.
Angel goes through all types of emotions as the story takes yet another turn, and she begins to develop feelings for a new man. This guy, Ken, seems to be everything that Brian is not… but is he? At first, it seems like Ken is the perfect guy, but unfortunately for Angel, everything that glitters isn’t gold…
I think that this story would have been really good if it would have been edited. There were lots of errors on every page, and unfortunately, there were so many that it took away from the story. I think the author had a great idea here… it just needed some work.
This was a good book but I didn't like this Author's writing style at all. Like different people talking and all the lines is joined together that you have to figure out who just said what, yea not a fan of the writing at all. I would definitely be reading book 2 because I'm so curious to find out what happens next.
This was not my cup of tea the writer’s style Of writing was so confusing. The book was boring and I had to skip out so many pages so I could reach to the end. This was definitely not cutting it for me
