Lots of books I have as 'read' when I was setting up my GR account but books like this were actually unread. So, it's good to finally get back to reading some of them. This book has words and a lot of pictures which I loved looking through and reading. This was the first Also Known As then the 1.5 came out with a little bit extra. I love how this book is kinda like an artwork piece in itself. I also like how some of the pages have different texture. This book is really for people who have an interest in graff for whatever reason. It highlights some very well known artists who before weren't as well of known..I mean, if you weren't into graff when this book released you'd probably never heard of some but if you're just reading this book now you'll see artists who've actually made a name for themselves and collaborated with manier big companies. This book doesn't have a dust jacket instead it's got a plastic bag that you can keep the book in or out of. Within the plastic bag is also some extra goodies like stickers, posters and some random postcard like things.
Limited edition - I got mine! As an avid reader of the 12oz Prophet magazine when it was being published back in the day, picking this up was a no brainer. Quality of printing is superb - in fact, I have no other books on this level. The gold foil pages, the inscribed printing techniques, that additional junk this book came with ... all next level stuff. And that's to say nothing of the great photography and "vandalism" featured within the pages.
