Slow and boring. This is the 5th Jack Ballas book I've read and things are going downhill.

This book feels like classic spaghetti western bottled in the book. New Mexico - Texas border got significantly depopulated after Blanco rode through it.

A good traditional western about a White man raised by Apaches with fairly good relations with both sides of his heritage.

He is hired to rescue a rich man's son, then organizes a cattle drive.

Lots of riding and shooting.
