He has worked for the International Trade Centre in Geneva, Switzerland (a subsidiary organization of the World Trade Organization and the United Nations). He was a manager at Hewlett-Packard's headquarters for Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Over the years, he has started multiple businesses and coached many entrepreneurs. He received his Doctorate in Business Administration from Brunel University, UK and an MBA from Henley Management College, UK.

I've read dozens of self-help books in business, but this one really caught my eye since he doesn't only explain what I need to fulfill my vision but also how to do in a manner that only a few ever spoke about, that's in the light of god. The book relates everyday economics as to how god planned the world and how we should go about in fulfilling our vision. I clearly how things were and how I should correct what I've been doing. This book really helped me clear my mind of the obstructions and distractions to where I want to be. This is to say, I can now move towards where I want to be with real steps and not with the dream jump.

This book is an excellent read thus far. I recommend this book to all regardless of your personal or career aspirations. Dr. McCall breaks down how we all have a "vision", even if we don't realize.
