Way overpadded with long, dull tales with embarrassingly bad dialogue. Oh, and some truly disrespectful remarks about Elisa Lam.

Listened to in audio format.

I discovered Tom Slemen by chance a couple of years ago and I have enjoyed his Haunted Liverpool series.

Tales Of The Weird features stories from not just Liverpool but around the world. These stories are fun rather than scary, one story about a psychic teenager did make my spine tingle.

This book was narrated by Nigel Peever, his voice was perfect for these stories. Tales Of The Weird is the perfect book to dip in and out of when you fancy a scary story

TALES OF THE WEIRD 3 BY TOM SIEMEN AND NARRATED BY NIGEL PEEVER once again provide the listener with creepy tales of real paranormal/supernatural tales . Narration by Nigel Peever guarantees a good healthy dose of goose pimples to the listener!

This is not my first encounter with Tom Siemen/Nigel Peever's audiobooks and I hope it wont be the last!

I recieved this audiobook free in exchange for an honest review.

Very interesting series

This is the fourth book in the series I have read. I find the stories very interesting and haven't run across a repeated story as of yet. Highly recommend the series.

A couple of times someone has a premonition that winds up saving their or someone's life.
There are some quite vivid scenes here and there though.

I don't know Dr who, but it seems some of these could have been Dr who episodes.

See Willie

The entire book was very well done. The story at the end especially good. I found reading during the day less scary

More Weird Happenings

This is the third edition of the Tales of the Weird series by author Tom Slemen. If you have read his fascinating Haunted Liverpool series, you have an idea of what to expect. Timeslips, weird creatures, haunted paintings and more await you. You definitely will not see these stories anywhere else. Be warned, his books are highly addicting. I read this book using immersion reading while listening to the audiobook version. It was brilliantly narrated by the wonderful Nigel Peever. Another great read, extensively researched by Tom Slemen.
