BOOK FIVE: SEDUCING A WOLF REVIEW
Alex and Niko and the rest of the gang go undercover to find Adrian Rossi but in doing so Alex gets more than he bargains for with a daughter of the enemies. Julianna is not a wolf and that confuses Alex. Alex feels the majic immediately and wants more of Julianna but can he have her? Julianna is having a hard time dealing with what she saw in her father’s penthouse. The others are not sure they can trust Julianna. These two will find they need each other in many ways. This book was good but I feel like we missed a big chunk of this couples story like it was a tad bit rushed. I was gifted this book for an honest review.

The team is in Mexico and determined that this will be the time they finally catch Rossi. It comes down to Maggie to save the day and try to persuade the security guard. Although nothing ever goes as plans. No sooner, Maggie arrives on the boat owned by one Luther Frost her magic flares. Luther has no clue what is going on but he wants nothing to do with this woman. Well that is all I am giving you. It is short; we get some action, and a lot of magic. I would say start with book one so you learn everyone.

BOOK SEVEN: BROKEN WOLF REVIEW
*May contain spoilers *
In this one, the team has enlisted a friend of Luther’s. He is a Russian and very deadly. It is Andrea's turn to take part in this mission in a way that seems funny in a way for a blonde haired Texan beauty. These two have to go into the lions den as something they are not. Will this be the time finally, they end Rossi? Will Andrea get more than this mission and can she heal Vadik?
This also was a short read but very explosive in some ways. Enjoyed this one.

BOOK EIGHT: HUNTED WOLF REVIEW *May contain spoilers *
They saved this best for last.
Viper is one of the Rangers that came to finish this mission to capture or kill Rossi. Hannah is a doctor and really does not want to be out killing people. The last thing Viper wants or needs is a mate but that is what the fates have thrown him and its none other than the female who is driving him up a wall. Hannah does all she can to get Viper but he wants nothing at all to do with her. This mission is tops on Vipers list and nothing not even this female will stop him or will it?
This is book 8 and it is the explosive finish to the series. We get more suspense, more depth, and one heck of a story. And when the romance unleashes oh my it melts the pages.
Oh and my heart fell out of my chest at what transpires on the Island when they finally are face to face with Rossi.
The authors wrap it all up nicely in the end. What a great touch. And out of 8 books in this series this is by far my favorite. I would suggest that you begin with book 1.

I loved loved loved loved the book!!! Fast paced and with a strong chemistry between the characters it was a great addition to the series. THe emotional rollerocoaster that both we as readers and the characters went through was one hell of a ride. Still in the end i found myself frustrated that i have to wait to see what is going to happen and also i felt that Juliannas and Alexs' story has not ended and has much more yet to give. I really can't wait to see what will happen next!!!

Once again we got an amazing book!!!
Maggie's story was awesome though i have to say i expected more sass from this one still it managed to totally captivate me and hold me into its pages all night long. The adrenaline rush and the need to finally see what is going on builts more and more as each book progress and on this one i have to tell you that the author doesn't disappoint!!!!

These two are a hoot together!
The chemistry between them is amazing and the story is fast paced and thrilling. This series get better and better with each book that goes by. The storyline is simply amazing and the authors have done an amazing job. I have to say that for me this book was the best so far in the series.

No no no no!!!
What happened here exactly????
This book was too fast paced it ended too soon it ended not as we expected and my god what a twist was that ??
why?
After this rant let me take things from the start...
With plans to kill a psychopath, nothing will stop him.
Not even the magick.
Holding a gun and storming a beach like a courageous soldier is strange territory for Hannah Lee, a quiet Seattle doctor. Stepping foot on that beach changes everything for her. Feeling an undeniable magickal pull, Hannah knows her real mission: find the wolf who sets her heart on fire. She never expected him to come in war paint and Kevlar, wielding an automatic weapon. This book made me cry....it really did!
Fast paced and filled with action this book was not so centered in our couple but it was centered in our story and how it finally unravels. Its well written with an amazing chemistry between the characters but what i loved most is how it sucked me into the story so much that i felt like i was there with each character .
I have to say that still i feel there are many unfinished business in the story and i would have liked to get to know Viper and Hannah a lil bit more but we got so much action and so much story progress that i am happy and content.
This series was okay. I didn't read the first four books but by the end of the first book of this series I was able to figure out what was going on. Doubt I will spend the $7.99 to buy the first set. While the concept was good the characters were not well developed. 476 pages for four books. They were each novella length. I am glad I was able to read them as a set it helped the whole story flow. Not sure I will be reading anything more by this author.
This is the box set that begins with Book 5 and concludes with Book 8, but it is advisable to read the first four books in the series first to see how the story progresses. I have previously received a copy of these books in exchange for an honest review, which is given below:
REVIEW OF BOOK FIVE: SEDUCING A WOLF Alex’s abilities at seduction had never been something he considered when he had volunteered for this mission. Getting Juliana’s tablet and finding out how much she knew about her father’s operation on the Island was his prime concern. Alex couldn’t let Juliana distract him from the mission, but he felt the magick when he was around her; but how could Adrian Rossi’s daughter not be a wolf. The hotel was Juliana’s life - she had substituted work for a relationship. Juliana preferred to keep her personal business out of her father’s sight, if at all possible. These carefully planned weekends when her father was absent from the hotel were her only moments of self-indulgence. Juliana knew her father flirted with illegal activity, but something terrible had caught up with him in the penthouse. When confronted by Alex’s team, she can’t believe it has all been a lie, using her to get close to her father; she had let Alex matter, let herself care and for one brief moment believes she may not be alone forever. They had invaded Juliana’s life, lied to her, used her, turned her world upside down. She was going to help them, she believed what they told her, but it didn’t erase the hurt and anger.
REVIEW OF BOOK SIX: SAVING A WOLF In Book 6 of the Moonbound Series we learn more about Luther and his past, and the interaction between him and Maggie. Luther has been in Adrian’s employ for 2-years, as head of the land-based security team, and has no idea what is happening on the Island until he meets Maggie. But how can Luther betray the man who has protected him and trust a woman he has just met. If Maggie can’t convince Luther with words, then he has to see the atrocities with his own eyes. Luther tries to resist the magick, and while Maggie has never considered her mate might be a human, they were a perfect match. Maggie has a plan. They needed intel or the team would be back to square one; without specifications and details of the Island, or at least private feeds, planning a rescue would be impossible. It was only supposed to be a recon exercise to the Island, but Maggie and Luther come across some unexpected surprises. Everything had happened for a reason on this mission. Fate had been in control from the very beginning, but Maggie had taken fate into her own hands and there had been serious consequences. Was it now time to send in the Black Wolves? Again, another excellent, well-written story in this series. I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
REVIEW OF BOOK SEVEN: BROKEN WOLF Vadik is a human, a stranger, a mercenary, a hard man with a broken past who kills for money. Even so, Andrea’s magick is reaching out for him; she had lost a chance at love once before because she had been afraid to fight for what she wanted and had waited too long. Making the same mistake twice was unacceptable. The Alphas wanted to close down the mission and the team had never disobeyed a directive before, but they were prepared to take the risk. Vadik had come along because he owed Luther his life, but it was also because of Andrea – they were mates. Vadik didn’t know how Andrea and he would survive on the island pretending to be two people who didn’t care about each other, but they had to set the charges before the Rangers arrived, or else it would all be for nothing. Unfortunately, Adrian sees through their deception, with devastating consequences. When the Rangers arrive they are met with hostility, but they need to regroup and get the prisoners off the Island. This would not be easy because Adrian was sure to have a back-up plan; he always did!
REVIEW OF BOOK EIGHT: HUNTED WOLF This has turned out to be a most wonderful and outstanding series, but now the story has come to an end with this eighth and final book. Viper’s dream has come true, but it is more than that, it is personal. He volunteered for this mission; he was going to save all the children and would kill anyone that stood in his way. But the mission has failure stamped all over it; civilians, blind entry, little intel, no recon and the deployment had come without warning; Viper hated unknowns. Hannah is a Doctor; her magick pushes her towards Viper, but he only thinks of her as a weak, soft-hearted, useless civilian, hurting her with his repeated rejections. Hannah is adamant Viper and her are mates, and bonds with him without his consent, bringing back bad memories from his past, to the point he cannot focus on his job. The Rangers were out for blood, but the Alpha Council wanted Adrian alive. Gabriel leads Viper and other members of the team to where his father is hiding, with only revenge on his mind - but danger awaits them, and an ultimatum.
This was a most incredible story over a series of eight books, all extremely well written and intriguing and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending both box sets, Books 1-4 and Books 5-8.
These were so much slower and drawn out that it was almost impossible not to yawn. I am disappointed, considering the first box set was pretty good. This one lacks the draw and fails to engage the reader.
Five stars the Moonbound Series will suck you in and hold you captive. From sweet and sinful to fangs, claws And guns a blazon! What a ride you won't want to miss!
Moonbound Boxset 2 contains books 5-8 of the Moonbound series by Krystal Shannan and Camryn Rhys.
Seducing a wolf Alejandro (Alex) and Juliana
This one follows the old get-close-to-the-daughter-of-the-enemy-and-get-her-to-spill-all-the-secrets schtick.
It was good to see these two characters come together, lower their inhibitions and break their own rules, even though as the story and their relationship progressed I was cringing the whole time about what the fallout would mean. They are just so darn cute together and with each other that I feel for them that they didn't get to meet under other circumstances.
So far this with this series I love how not everything is revealed about a character however you can always get a sense of that person and their personality regardless and how that comes into play within the story.
Saving a wolf Luther and maggie
The idea behind this fated pair is a good one. It shows just how strong and undeniable the mating bond can be when these two, who are extremely loyal to the ones they associate with and who are pretty much enemies, and yet they still can't stay away from each other. I love how strong and independent and capable Maggie is even though it can get her into a lot of trouble. I also liked the reveal about the power women hold in Maggies family in regards to the wolf curse. Luther is such a great character too, very stubborn and damaged and almost vulnerable at times but feels with everything he has.
Broken wolf Vadik and Andrea
Wow, Rhys and Shannan are really not holding back in the lead up to the conclusion of the series. This instalment has so much non stop action mixed in with the romance and fate, it was such a great read, however, I do regret having to uncover just how evil and depraved Adrian Rossi is. I had so much empathy for all the characters in this story. I'm glad that each fated mate pairing seems to occur in different ways, and enjoyed the fact that Andrea and Vadik didn't like and /or trust each other straight off the bat but you also cannot deny or outrun fate. I enjoyed the fact that this one had 2 parts and focused on two different sets of characters part way through. Was interesting to see this one from different sides of the coin. The team are getting closer to Rossi, but not close enough.
Hunted wolf Hannah and viper
Wow, talk about getting off on the wrong foot. Hannah knows instantly that Viper is her mate, but he is being so stubborn and denying the effect the magick is having on him. I can see both sides of the coin in this one though. I understand why Hannah pursues the bond so aggressively and instantly and sees the decision as a non issue. But I also see Vipers side in that he doesn't need the distraction while on mission and just wants to pretend the pull isn't there so he doesn't loose his focus and get someone killed.
We are thrown back into the thick of it as we take up the story again from when the rangers are deployed to the island with the enforcers in tow, much to the Rangers annoyance. I'm glad for where Hunted Wolf begins, as I had some answered questions from Broken Wolf that were not answered like: what happened to the other rangers teams on the Island? Did they get to the women and children? Where did Rossi disappear to? Did they find the bunker? What happened to Gabriel? All these questions are answered in this instalment of the Moonbound series.
I really enjoyed Hunted Wolf. It was very action packed from beginning to end, it was very well put together in conjunction with the previous book Broken Wolf. We got some closure with some of the previous enforcers and their mates. However, was very sad to say goodbye to some much loved characters.
The Moonbound series is definite one you should check out if you a PNR fan and enjoy romance, suspense, action and interwoven storylines.

Seducing a Wolf - 4 Stars Alejandro “Alex” Sureda’s task is to find the evil wolf’s daughter, get her to her suite and find her tablet. However, once he gets near her in the club, his magic pulls him right to her, only, she’s human when she definitely shouldn’t be. Julianna Rossi is Adrian Rossi’s daughter. Only, she doesn’t know his dark secrets. She only knows to clean up his messes and gets opportunities to relax only when he’s gone. When she meets Alex, she has know idea why she has such a pull to him, she only knows she doesn’t want it to end. This was another great piece to the overall story that I loved, until the very end. I felt that Alex was deservedly given payback for the way he had treated Rain and Nora. I liked getting to know Julianna also. The only thing I had a small problem with was how quick she forgave him. I know it’s a novella, so they’re quick, and there’s a bond, but with her being human she’s not really feeling the bond the way he does. Overall though, a great read. I highly recommend. Saving a Wolf - 5 Stars Maggie and the other enforcers are trying to find an ally in Luther Frost, the transporter for Rossi to and from his island. As soon as she gets closer to the human, she can feel her magical pull. Now, not only will she have to convince him to help therm but also that they are meant to be together. This story was as fast-paced as the rest in the series. Maggie is very determined. She will do whatever it takes to stop this monster. Luther is in a bad place personally, and it takes Maggie’s strong personality and belief in him for him to accept the happiness she presents. I highly recommend this book. Broken Wolf - 5 Stars Vadik Nabatov was contacted by his friend Luther for a special job. Since he owed him his life, he agreed. When he saw that he had to work with civilians he wasn't happy. Andrea VonBrandt and all of the enforcers are officially going against their alphas as their determination and desperation to catch a monster has taken control. When Andrea finds out they have to let yet another human help them, she's not happy. This is the 8th of nine books in this series and this one blew my socks off. The story story just as quick as the others but this one flipped the script and shook things up a bit. I absolutely loved it and highly recommend it. Hunted Wolf - 4 Stars Viper and the other rangers are being sent to an island to capture the monster that has been holding women hostage and forcing them to have his children. He’s not happy that civilians will be along for the mission. Hannah doesn’t want to settle for the sensible person her parents have picked for her. She wants to find her soulmate and experience all the happiness that comes with it. When her magic senses her mate while on the final phase of this critical mission, she refuses to take no for an answer. Overall great story. Very satisfying end to a great series. I didn’t agree with some of what Hannah does in the book, but it didn’t really deter from anything. I highly recommend. **I received an ARC of these stories in exchange for an honest review
Book 5 Seducing a Wolf-- Alex and Julianna….HOT! The enforcers have tracked Adrian to his island and have come up with a plan to seduce his daughter to gain access. Alex at first thinks Julianna is working with her father but when he realizes she is human and his mate things change. These storylines are intense! Full of humor, excitement and plenty of character chemistry, an absolute joy to read!
Book 6 Saving a Wolf-- In order to get to the island, the team has been trying to seduce Luther, as his boat is the only access. Unfortunately, not even Andrea gets a bite. Maggie decides to just go and ask him for help; turns out, she is his type…they are mates. Convincing Luther of that, not to mention the atrocities his boss has been up to, turns out to be quite the challenge. Maggie was right about one thing, despite his secrets and current occupation Luther is a good man, giving the ultimate sacrifice to save Maggie. The tension is high in this one and looks like the next will be even more exciting
Book 7 Broken Wolf-- The Alpha’s, done risking the team, Adrian and the island represent horrors the enforcers were never trained to deal with. However, the fight has become way too personal and even if the Black Wolf Rangers are coming, the team is not turning tail and running home. Luther calls on an old friend, Vadik, the plan is to impersonate a john on his way to the island with Andrea as his slave. One thing after another goes wrong and they soon find themselves prey in one of Adrian’s “hunts”. In the process they meet Owen and Clara (who helped Maggie and Luther) and they work together to take out the hunter when Andrea is mortally wounded. Vadik is beside himself with grief and worry over losing the mate he just found (Andrea). The Rangers show up and are horrified by what they find…children as guards, some not even teenagers! Now the questions is can they safely remove everyone from the island and where is Adrian?
Book 8 Hunted Wolf-- While Alpha team went after the guards, Bravo team went to the mail house to clear it and find Adrian, however they should have known it would not be that easy! Andrea and Vadik went to the island to blow up the power grid, mission accomplished but they were caught before the Black Wolves arrived. Niko, Dani, Maggie, Luther, and Hannah accompanied the Black Wolves, much to the BW’s frustration; one in particular REALLY did not want the civilians there, Viper. Hannah was shocked when the Black Wolves arrived by the surge in magic she felt, her mate was one of them. Too bad, he had no interest in her, never wanted to find a mate, and talk about bad timing. Hannah was determined though and as they worked together with the team to seek and rescue the women and children of the island he slowly gave into the pull of the magic. Lots of trouble and excitement, mission accomplished, but not everyone leaves the island alive. Great wrap up with just a hint there is more to the story yet to come!
Juliana leads Alex; Maggie and Luther (aka Chris); Andrea and Vadik; and Hannah and Viper in these Moonbound series. These four excellent stories in the Moonbound series include Juliana and Alex, Maggie and Luther, Andrea and Vadik, as well as Hannah and Viper as fated mates. Juliana is the supposed daughter of the villain that the group of shifters who are chasing him. Alex is so mesmerized by his fated mate that he "forgets" to tell her who he really is. You can see that this is a problem that they must overcome in order to enjoy their HEA. Get this story to discover how that happens. I have been waiting for Maggie to find her mate. At last, he appears and they get into many dangerous situations. He is first known as Luther but has many layers. Being the great recon that she is, Maggie finds this out. He is human, at least in the beginning. I love faithful and steamy shifters, of which, most of them are! I read about Hannah and Viper before I read about Andrea but that did not bother me. In fact, it was comforting to know what was happening on the other side of the island while I was freaking about Andrea, You can read the synopsis but I have to tell you that my emotions were all over the board with this story. I laughed, cried, and definitely felt relief with each minor victory. I hated losing any of the warriors, whether trained or not. If you have read any of this series, you will definitely not want to miss this story. I love this series and I love this story! Finally we get to see the demise of the monster after watching the mates (8) bond. I love shifter stories because they are faithful and steamy and this one was too! Hannah (doctor) finds her fated mate (Viper) and after spending a little time together, they set their course to rescue the hostages (mothers and children). Guess who gets to kill the bastard? Yes, they were supposed to bring him in alive but it was kill or be killed. I love the ending to see the possibility of more books. I could read this series forever! I received an ARC in lieu of an honest review. I honestly love this story and this series!

Will they finally get Adrian and what happens between Alejandro and Julianna ? #6 This is the sixth book in the Moonbound series and it is another good one! Maggie Gallagher comes into his life with a story he does not believe at first, but then slowly begins to. Who will Luther decide to help the man that was there for him or the woman he is beginning to love? #7 This is the seventh book in the Moonbound series and it is another good one! Andrea VonBrandt, who stirs up a desire in him that he thought was long gone and himself pose as a John and his slave , but something goes wrong! Will Vadik and Andrea get off the island alive? If so how,and will they be able to get a happy ending? #8 This is the eighth and final book in the Moonbound series by Krystal Shannan and Camryn Rhys, and it is another good one! Hannah Lee, a quiet Seattle doctor is an Enforcer but she never expected to be wielding a gun trying to get to the evil Adrian Rossi to save the children and women on the island. The Enforcers and the Black Wolves Rangers have now joined together ,Viper will be her partner. What happens when complete opposites are meant to be Mates? Will they finally end Rossi’s evil? I was gifted a copy for an honest review.
Seducing a Wolf: Alex has met his mate who is supposed to be Adrian’s daughter but she’s human so she can’t be. They finally find the fortress Adrian has hidden and are now trying to find a way to get there and take Adrian down.
Saving a Wolf: Another exciting installment in this series. This time Maggie finds her mate in the very human Luther who happens to work for the bad guy. Seriously intense plot, loved it!!
Broken Wolf: This time Andrea finds her mate when on a dangerous mission to save the female wolves from a mad man. At first, Vad being human couldn’t possibly understand why he was so attracted to Andrea. As the plot thickens all he wants to do is protect her. Lots of action and hot wolves!!
Hunted Wolf: This has to be the best book of this series so far. Viper didn’t want a mate but Hannah was persistant! So much suspense and finally Adrian Rossi is dead, can’t believe how relieved I felt! Won’t say who killed him in this review but it was a shock!! Loved the epilogues at the end of the book also.
This is a really great box-set available at a great price. I had previously read all of the titles in the set as singles and wish they have been available all together when I did. There was not a story in the set that I did not like. If you love a strong alpha you can not go wrong with this box set. This is a really great author who is certainly on my top 10 list of authors to watch for new releases.
I have read all the books in the Moonbound series and reviewed each one separately. I loved them all. Read them in order so you can follow the path of the story that connects them. Each book is about a different couple, but they are all connected by a theme.
I read these stories as individual books provided to me in exchange for honest reviews. The stories contained in this set are all really good. I definitely recommend them!
